Production, Shipping and Refunds
Production
To maintain our commitment to high-quality tailoring and precision fit, we adhere to a structured production schedule:

Standard Production: A minimum of fourteen (14) working days is required for each order. This period begins the working day after we receive your confirmed measurements.

Multiple Item Orders: We do not multiply the lead time for multiple garments. Instead, every additional garment in a single order adds two (2) working days to the total production time.

Working Days: Please note that working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping
Once your order has passed our final quality control check, it is dispatched for delivery.

Consolidated Shipping: To reduce our carbon footprint, all garments in a single order are shipped together.

Split Shipments: If you require items to be shipped as they become available, please contact us. Note that each separate shipment will be billed as a unique delivery at the rates specified at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Windows (Post-Production)
Lagos: 1 – 3 Working Days
Nigeria (Outside Lagos) 3 – 5 Working Days
International (US, UK, EU, Canada) 5 – 10 Working Days |
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred in their destination country.
Our Fit Guarantee
Because our pieces are custom-made to your specific measurements, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you look your best through our Fit Guarantee.
Domestic Clients (In-Person Fitting)
If there is a fit discrepancy, we offer a complimentary fitting session.

Booking: You may schedule a session via our online calendar at your earliest convenience.

Our Promise: Our disciplined tailoring process is designed to ensure a perfect fit by the conclusion of the second fitting.
International Clients (Virtual Fitting)
For clients outside of Nigeria, we provide a remote solution to ensure your garment fits perfectly:

Virtual Consultation: We will conduct a virtual fitting session via video call to assess the adjustments needed.

Local Adjustments: You may take the garment to a professional tailor in your city.

Cost Reimbursement: Par Elize will cover the cost of these specific adjustments. Please ensure you receive a receipt from your tailor to facilitate reimbursement.
In the exceptional cases, where we fail to achieve a great fit after exhausting all options, our Fit Guarantee includes a refund, following a detailed assessment of the fit issues. All fit issues must be reported within 10 working days of order receipt.
