Measure around the neck

Measure from one shoulder blade to the other on the back

Measure across your upper chest from one underarm opening to the other

Measure across your upper back from one underarm opening to the other

Measure around your body across the nipples and around the back.

Measure from shoulder to Bust point (Nipple point)

Measure from one boob point to the other  (use the two nipples as reference points )

Measure around your body under the bust.

Measure from shoulder to under bust point below the boobs

Measure around the body at your waist level

Measure from front of your shoulder to waist along your sternum down towards your navel (Measure along the natural curve of the torso)

Measure from the back of your shoulder to waist along your spine (Measure around the natural curve of the spine)

Measure around the upper arm between your should and your elbow

Measure from shoulder to the elbow

Measure from shoulder through the elbow to the wrist

Measure from waist to upper hip bone

Measure from the waist to the widest point of your hip

Measure around the body at the widest point of your hip

Measure around the widest point of your upper thigh

Sit on a flat surface and measure from waist to the surface on your side

Measure from center front waist through crotch to center back waist ( where you’d like your pants to sit at front & back)

Measure from waist to knee along the side of the body where your trouser or skirt seams sit

Measure from the waist to ankle along the side of the body where your trouser or skirt seams sit

Measure from the shoulder to the floor
