Production Timeline

• Standard Lead Time: Minimum of 14 working days, starting the day after measurements are confirmed.

• Multiple Items: Every additional garment adds 2 working days to the base timeline (rather than doubling it).

• Working Days: Defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

• Consolidated Shipping: All items in an order are shipped together by default to minimize environmental impact.

• Split Shipments: Available upon request, though each additional shipment incurs separate delivery fees.

• Delivery Windows (Post-Production):

  • Lagos: 1 – 3 working days.

  • Rest of Nigeria: 3 – 5 working days.
